  In the interest of balance I did stick a fishing hook through my finger where it had snagged a lazy line while pulling up and the security team are VERY lax about policing the no fishing policy. Even when fishing is reported they do nothing. As a consequence be careful with all lines and you might get snagged with line around the prop in this marina. But that is not a new problem.

  Now I hate places being posh and materialistic and frankly disappearing somewhere up their own bottom. You might think then that I didn't like this private Yacht club.

  Great staff, good food, nice berths and great access to the town of Torrevieja.

  It is very posh. It is very glam. The buildings are beautiful and the yachts well some of them are divine. But actually because the staff and members were so lovely and so welcoming we were blown away by the place. It is cheaper than the other marina, has better access to the town and better security.

  Great place to sit and watch the world go by. Overlooking the marina with good facilities and nice food. Very pleasant way to spend the afternoon.
