  Absolutely awful. Just don't bother turning up. Waited for an hour for a second taxi (there were 6 of us) to a water park, and had to make 3 phonecalls. And this is despite the first driver calling in on his radio 3 times to say we were still waiting.

  On several occasions, the office refused to recognise the address we were staying at, despite sending taxis to it before. My girlfriend and I spent almost an hour trying to order a taxi (in both Spanish and English), only to be rudely rejected by an office who had conveniently "forgotten" their knowledge of English when they were tired of listening to complaints.

  Awful company. My knowledge of Spanish is limited, but I tried as best I could to speak it. Where my vocabulary fell short, I switched to English to try and make myself understood. As soon as I started speaking English, the office hung up the phone and refused to talk to me.

  My girlfriend and I were offered a free taxi ride to the airport by the manager as compensation for poor service on our arrival. When we called to arrange this, the company had forgotten completely about our compensation and forced us to pay.

  The answer I was given on the 3rd phonecall was "I've already sent a driver there and picked somebody up". I could potentially accept the language barrier as a problem, but as I say the driver of the first taxi radioed the office 3 times to give our location and that we were still waiting. Clearly fell on deaf ears.

  Called twice and waited half an hour and then gave up. This quite possibly is the one location in the world that needs Uber the most.

  Wenn man anruft muss man zum teil 5min warten bis jemand abnimmt. Und das tsxi hat dann meistens ca 30 -40min oder kommt gar nicht. Sehr schlechter service
