  And it would be zero if possible.. Lovely signs written in English (etc) but it's a pity the staff and care doesn't match the perfect grammar and spelling!! My wife who is Spanish but treated like an alien as she's from Murcia visited Urgencias with acute back pain and swollen legs/feet, armed with numerous Specialist's reports from numerous 'Murciana' hospitals, which were ignored and one xray later she was sent away being told to take more pain killers!!! What a joke you are... Thank you for your Valenciana care!!! Not surprising that replies to her media post has resulted in replies from numerous people confirming it as 'the worst hospital experienced in Spain!! Thank you very much!!!!

  My husband ended up here with Kidney Failure while on holidays. Absolutely fantastic care. Best hospital we have ever been in . Brilliant Staff

  We left 5 hours later with her feeling very relieved that someone had dealt with her in such professional manner with information about her condition as well as drugs to sort out the issue.

  Appalling care. As a doctor back in the UK, I am honest in my knowledge that this hospital is unsafe and dangerous. Whilst it might be shiny and new. The medical care is substandard and does not follow up to date medical guidelines. The nursing care is even worse with patients left without water or nutrition. I have worked in countless NHS hospitals and never witnessed care as poor and dangerous as what I have witnessed here. Good luck if you get admitted here - you'll need it.
