  WE PURCHASED an apartment in February 2007. ATLAS advised us to us your services. The Builder Idearco ceased trading the following month March 2007 yet is still trading under several other business Names. IDEARCO was the name used by the builder & was part of a large Umbrella Company. This we were not told by your team, 2014 the Road is still not complete, we have no Utility Meters that you charged us for €900 cash for this may be the reason the Habitation Certificate has not been granted. Who knows if our Deeds are legal. The Notary failed to hold on to the funds of our final €26k payment and 26k from the builder making a total of €52k. The Builder Idearco claimed the funds just a short time after we completed.

  2014. When are we going to get what we paid for. The local Government Council are unable to provide what we need. Who is to Blame Aroca Seiquer Asociados (YOUR) Company, The Builder, the Notary & the Agent ATLAS.

  Almost 8 years later we still have no Habitation Certificate, Have to pay again to have the Water Meter and can only have a short contract meter for the Electricity.
