  The customer service is great, you are met at arrivals and not pushed into buying additional insurance or have any hidden charges imposed. The car comes with EUR20 of fuel and you are accompanied to the car, then off you go.

  On my last trip when I returned the car to the airport I left my UK Driving Licence in the glovebox by mistake. Unaware, the next morning, I received an email from Coys letting me know what had happened, they agreed to return the license to me. It arrived three days later by recorded delivery. I cannot fault them at all.

  We have been to Costa Blanca twice in the last six months and both times used Coys. They are an excellent company and so professional and very helpful. The biggest advantage is that you have complete peace of mind as for one all in price at the beginning everything is covered. And the ease of being met in the arrivals area of Alicante airport is fantastic and saves time. The gentleman who met us was very friendly and helpful and overall a brilliant service. We would highly recommend them

  This is how it should be done, no hidden costs, or pressure to take out additional insurance! Return car empty and pay for 20 Euros of fuel upfront. Plus no queuing to collect car as the British rep was in the arrivals hall to meet us at Murcia. Highly recommended, will be using again.
