  The nice thing we found was the roof terrace which we discovered 4 days into our stay of 7 days. We were not told about this on arrival.

  The kitchen was very sparsly equipped with scissors and other necessary items missing. Not sufficient plates/deep and flat and no egg cups. Just one reasonably sharp knive and as there was no drawer for any cutlery we had to dig for teaspoons in the container with knives and table spoons. Only salt was available, no sugar or anything else.

  The light went out when I was trying to walk down the staircase on one evening and I promptly missed a step and fell down the remaining two steps causing injury to my right foot and both knees, leaving bruises even after 6 days. The attendant then apologised and changed the length of the light being on from 15 seconds to a few minutes.

  One of the most annoying things was the noise, with banging doors and people/children running either above or below with chairs scraping on floors till midnight and later...which then started again around 7 am in the morning. Loud coversations which echoed through the building due to bad noise insulation.

  There were a few English TV channels available to watch. The couch had no table in front so we needed to use the chairs to put glasses etc. on.
